For moms.....nursery necessities?

I had my baby shower yesterday and still need a lot of items. The big items I have left are changing table/dresser, binet, play yard, swing. We have a 2 story house and thats why I thought it would be nice to have a binet (to keep upstairs next to our bed) and a play yard for downstairs to change the baby on and to let him take naps in. Is this necessary to have both? We are trying to do this as cheap as possible but dont want to buy poor quality items. Also, we still need a pump, boppy, pacifiers and those little items. Any suggestions would be great or any products that you cant live without. Also if you found certain things were a waste of money, etc. Thanks everyone!
