Which junior year schedule is easier? or better to do?

Since you're taking a lot of what seems to be college and honor level cles i would take study in addition to computer science, sociology is optional if you find it interesting but you already have a social studies cl with world his. or euro. I personally found world his. incredibly interesting but ap euro sounds just as good =D just like sociology i think either one of the 3 is good your preference
