It is impossible to win if you go last in the board game risk, how can you fix that?

Ok so me and my friends have been playng risk lately and we have realized that the person that goes last (out of us 3) always loses within the first 2-3 turns, i had 1 territory card when i lost. What happens is we do a random draw for territories and then start reinforcing our areas, when i lost i had about 3 territories with 1 guy (didnt want them) probably 10 with 2 guys and 4 with 3 which makes about 35 guys which is what we needed. When it came to be my turn i think i had about 8 territories left and after that turn i had 4. Please help asap, thanks
