Are my computer parts going to be fried?? :(?

(harddrive, mother board, graphics card. I was on my desktop computer for 15mins. My comp shut down. The computer light was blinking. Then POP. I smelt burning metal or w/e. Took apart power supply. Found a burnt looking small part onthe chip. Power supply won't turn on so I ume that's the problem. So my question is will this effect my other computer parts? Comp is custom built. Power supply model: Rhino panther 450w atx 20.1 psu thanks guys
