CAR radio Insulation help !!!! 1994 Plymouth Acclaim.?

Bought a cd player and a wiring set up thing. But for the life of us we can't get the wires right or something... I was wondering if anyone else would know how to hook it up... We've tried re-connecting alll the wires and what not but still no dice. SoOOOOO anyoneee who could help I'd hug ya :))
