I just downloaded a game trailer from steam, can I mondify this and put it youtube?

i just downloaded the trailer for battlefield bad company 2 off of steam.I want to put some low level background music, and a countdown clock using adobe after effects.Am I allowed to do this, or is this considered copyright?
