My boyfriend is making me sad?

so recently ive gotten really bad headaches and my whole left side is going weak and im afraid it could be a brain tumor cuz my dad died of cancer so it could be hereditary. im going to the hospital for a cat scan in the morning but im really scared and ive been crying a lot and my boyfriend doesnt even seem to care. he hasnt even called me, and all he said was i hope you get better. and im over here all alone worrying and he hasnt even comforted me at all... im probably fine and just over reacting to whatever is wrong with me but shouldnt he still talk me through it??? he says he really loves me but right now he isnt showing it very well and im really upset, i have no one to talk to :(
