problems help needed?

After I a sort of white film immediately appears on my head, this looks like dried sperm but I shower everyday so surely that could not be the case, after masturbation earlier i applied hand soap and some of the white skin came off, but as i've scratched the area before and got a few wrinkles from doing this, i was very wary not to scratch the skin again. Could anyone help me with this. This also occured in a small bit of my foreskin earlier. Please help
