Swine flu/ regular flu shots?????

Just got mine this morning- I got the shot version.... The nasal spray is a live vaccine, just weakened- It may make you a little crappy feeling. I saw the cheerleader thing last night and I decided that the one in a million chance was worth taking-(I work in a hospital and have seen the people coming in with flu symptoms.....its pretty messy.) I saw another healthcare worker get the nasal spray-- its just sprayed into each nostril---seems like no harm done. If you are worried about it, I would get the shot, its a dead virus they are giving you. Better save than sorry!---its going to be a LOOONG Flu Season.
