Why did Germany turn to a dictatorship (Hitler)?

a lot of Germans are fascists and nazis. they always thought that they are some kind of superior race and they will think this forever. that's why they started not only but two world wars in the last century. but also during the middle ages they thought and acted like that. a lot of people think that it's in their genes. still today, Germans are arrogant, loud and they don't accept easily other opinions or foreigners. especially in former eastern Germany, there are a lot of nazis.
