My husband become paralysed and even he got restrictions from using wheel chair?

MY husband become paralysed and even he got restrictions from using wheel chair(complicated to explain why they restrict him from using wheel chair) and the doctor told the best you can do to take him to toilet is to lift and carry him . I am not that strong but doctors told me they can provide istance for only 3 or maximum 5 months , After the accident he lost 25 kgs now he is 64 kgs and 5'9 feet tall and i am 5'7 and 69 kgs , what do you think i should do , i am only 37 , people are advising me to leave my husband but i wont do , i wont leave my husband in the hard days but what should i do should i stay with my husband and learn to lift him , How much time will it take me to able to lift him . What do u do if you are in my place
