What's wrong with my boyfriend? Medical help please?

My "boyfriend" had gotten the swine flu back in October and ever since he hasn't quite felt like himself. He's 23, and he still has a lot of symptoms. I'm not sure if it's just left over from having the swine or if it's something else. He gets a lot of headaches, body is pretty tense, tired a lot and has trouble sleeping. Feels sore quite a bit and his muscles ache every now and then. Chest feels congested, light headed and dizzy. He had a nosebleed on and off for about 10 days. Spent the other night curled up on the bathroom floor cuz he was throwing up, for an hour straight and then throughout the night. He rarely eats anything, can't have breakfast, the littlest thing, fruit or juice even will make him sick to his stomach. Please help!!! I wanna make sure it's not anything serious and being 23, he's stubborn and won't take meds or go to the doctors!!!! :/
